Terms of Service
Standard terms governing corporate engagement, cohort scheduling, and training delivery by Cloud College.
Last updated: January 2026
1. Services & Scope
Cloud College provides customized, instructor-led Microsoft Azure certification and technical training services for corporate organizations. Individual training deliveries are governed by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or formal corporate proposal detailing dates, cohort sizes, formats, and pricing.
2. Cohort Scheduling & Rescheduling
Because Cloud College reserves dedicated Microsoft Certified Trainers and provisions dedicated cloud lab environments for each private cohort, schedule changes require advance notice:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 15 business days prior to cohort start will be accommodated without penalty, subject to trainer availability.
- Custom schedule adjustments (such as split weeks or half-day sessions) must be formalized during the proposal stage.
3. Courseware, Labs & Exam Vouchers
- All official Microsoft courseware and lab environments are licensed for individual learner use and may not be copied, transferred, or distributed.
- Pearson VUE exam vouchers included with certification cohorts must be registered and completed according to Microsoft's exam validity windows.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and related certification designations are registered trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Cloud College is an authorized Microsoft Training Services Partner operating independently to deliver corporate educational programs.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Cloud College provides comprehensive preparation aligned with Microsoft exam blueprints, exam outcomes ultimately reflect individual learner effort. Cloud College disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service engagement beyond the fees paid for the specific cohort.
